The rules that apply when you browse, order, pre-order, or purchase clothing and other objects from UNCHAOS.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the UNCHAOS website and every order placed with us. By using the site or completing checkout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
Using this site
You must provide accurate, current information when ordering or creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your account access and for activity carried out through your account. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use its content for unlawful or commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your purchase. We may suspend or refuse access where reasonably necessary to protect UNCHAOS, our customers, or the site.
Products, imagery & sizing
UNCHAOS creates clothing, editorial objects, and limited releases. We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately. Screen settings, lighting, dye lots, print placement, washes, and production methods can cause small variations in colour, texture, finish, or placement. These variations are part of the character of the garment and are not automatically defects.
Measurements are approximate. Review the product details and our size guide before ordering. You are responsible for selecting the correct product, colour, and size, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions, imagery, availability, or pricing and will contact you if an error affects an order already placed.
Pricing, orders & payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and may change without notice. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown separately where applicable. A discount shown on a product or at checkout applies only during its stated period and subject to its stated conditions.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation only confirms that we received it; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, purchase limits, or delivery restrictions. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will return the relevant amount to the original payment method.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details. For a manual payment method, an order remains unpaid until funds are verified and may be cancelled if payment is not received within the stated period.
Pre-orders
A product marked PRE-ORDER is not ready for immediate dispatch. Any release or shipping date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production, quality control, customs, or carrier delays may change that estimate. If a material delay occurs, we will use the contact details supplied with your order to provide an update and any options required by applicable law.
Payment may be taken when the pre-order is placed. If one order contains pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold and ship them together unless split shipping is offered. A pre-order may be cancelled by us if production cannot be completed; in that case, the affected amount will be refunded. Customer cancellation rights are subject to the cancellation terms shown at purchase and rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates and exclude delays outside our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the address was incorrect, we may deduct the original and return shipping costs from any refund where permitted by law.
Full delivery information is available in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Items must be returned in the condition required by the policy. Worn, washed, damaged, altered, or hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible except where faulty or where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The UNCHAOS name, logos, garment graphics, editorial work, photography, video, copy, site design, and other original material are owned by or licensed to UNCHAOS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification, resale, publication, or use to train or develop a competing system requires prior written permission unless the law expressly allows it.
Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. UNCHAOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products where such liability may legally be excluded. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
General terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without removing consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version; the version in force when you order applies to that order unless a change is legally required.
